Louise was honest and very informative from the start. All details regarding pricing and what the service would include was transparent and well explained. We were happy to personally show people around our house so didn’t need that side of the optional service- but she did give us plenty of business cards to hand out just incase we or the viewer needed her backup after a viewing. Louise has been at the end of the telephone anytime we’ve needed her – yes even on a weekend. The process from the first query about a valuation through to negotiating has been seamless and very efficient. Louise expressed great knowledge of the local and extended housing market .
